Shipping Policy

• All orders will be shipped within 24 hours using the desired service within USPS, tracking information will be sent via e-mail.
• Orders over $100 receive free shipping.
• Shipping within the United States will be delivered within 2-14 business days. Delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping provider and for that reason we generally cannot guarantee a delivery date or time.
• International orders may take an extended amount of time due to customs processing times in certain countries. We are not responsible for any additional charges, duties, or taxes applicable upon delivery to your country.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chikabellas shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Chikabellas.com shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.

Shipping

To ensure you get your purchase as soon as possible we ship out packages Monday - Friday from South San Francisco, California via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information for every order. For domestic shipping, the average delivery time is 2-14 business days depending on your location. For international shipping, the delivery time averages 5 - 30 days. Shipping times may vary and we do not guarantee delivery by a specific time or date. For international orders, Chikabellas.com. is not responsible for any extra charges, duties or taxes your respective Country may charge upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds

You must have return authorization to return an item. You may return most new unused in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping and handling fees related to returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) in which case we will pay the shipping fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within about three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).
